Our plant, fully equipped with machines, disposes of all the necessary cleaning steps to guarantee a safe product for the food industry. The processing line consists of 3 steps cleaning
First Step
Sourcing certified suppliers and conducting regular announced and unannounced visits to ensure full compliance with organic standards.
Second Step
Supervising the harvesting process and transporting products to approved packing stations, while overseeing all production stages from receipt to final packaging.
Third Step
Loading and exporting products to clients worldwide, whether by sea or by air.

Background and history
Founded in 2025, we are a forward-driven export company dedicated to delivering premium organic vegetables to global markets as we work on only five selected products, not more. Certified according to EU, NOP & COR standards by CERES GmbH, we operate with a clear mission: to provide clean, traceable, and truly organic products every single time.
We focus exclusively on five carefully selected products, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency. All processing and storage operations are carried out through certified organic subcontractors, conducted under our full supervision to guarantee integrity at every step from sourcing to final export.
Steam sterilization

Biosteam sterilization unit is a specialized factory located in Abu Rawash. Biosteam creates certain environmental conditions that enable to significantly reduce pathogens, mold, spores, yeast…etc and inactivate insects, eggs and larvae. The saturated steam raises the temperature according to the selected recipe between 60 and 115 °C for a very .short period of 50 to 180 seconds
